
As part of its ongoing efforts to support human rights, reintegration, and community stability, a delegation from TILY visited Anbar province and met with Ms. Zainab Al-Hiti, Director of the Human Rights Department in the province, and Mr. Saad Ghazi, Member of the Provincial Council and Chair of the Security and Defense Committee.
The discussions focused on strengthening coordination between local administration, the Provincial Council, and organizations working on return, reintegration, and stability support. Both sides emphasized the importance of promoting human rights principles by formulating sustainable solutions to bolster security and maintain stability during post-conflict recovery phases in the province.
The meeting also highlighted the need to overcome challenges faced by returning families and to support initiatives aimed at fostering social integration and building trust among the diverse components of the local community.
